How Sellora works
For the buyer
- Search by keyword, category and location – or browse nearby items on the map.
- Buy now or make an offer. You can pay for an accepted offer within 24 hours.
- Choose pickup or shipping and pay by card. The price shown includes the buyer protection fee (5 % tuotteen hinnasta + 0,70 €).
- Your money is safe: the seller only receives the payment once you confirm receipt of the item. If the item doesn't arrive or doesn't match the description, file a complaint – you'll get your money back.
For sellers
- Listing and selling are free – you get the full price you ask plus postage.
- Take photos, describe the condition and price, choose pickup and/or shipping.
- When your item sells, you'll be notified. Ship or hand over the item within 7 days and mark it on Sellora.
- The money is paid out to your bank account when the buyer confirms receipt – at the latest 7 days after shipping. Connect your bank account under Payments.
Avainlippu – Finnish service
Sellora is run by VMH Group Oy, which has been awarded the Avainlippu (Key Flag) symbol as a sign of Finnish work and domestic service. A service from the same family business is also the rental service Rentora.
Safety
Always pay through Sellora – never directly to a bank account, by MobilePay or in cash before you've seen the item. Only deals paid through Sellora are covered by buyer protection. Don't open links sent to you "to receive a payment".
